About WeSpeak SA – School of Italian

WeSpeak is the perfect school for those who wish to learn Italian in a quiet and welcoming environment: we take care of all our students in a personalised way, inside and outside the classroom. Our facilities are located strategically and are easily reached by public transport, boasting modern and comfortable rooms, relaxation areas and multimedia classrooms for an effective and enjoyable learning experience.

Our school in Lugano is located in a two-storey historical building in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from the romantic lakeside promenade. Lugano has an elegant and refined allure, making it popular among international jet-setters; the city is lively all year round, hosting many events, exhibitions and festivals. This is the ideal starting point to explore Switzerland and Europe.

Our school in Losone is housed in a modern building, equipped with all the creature comforts. Ascona and Locarno, both famous tourist resorts overlooking Lake Maggiore, are just a few minutes away: each year, they attract thousands of film and jazz enthusiasts with their festivals. These quiet and sophisticated towns wonderfully combine history, art and traditional cuisine together with their stunning natural surroundings.

Ticino is a safe place, strategically located in the heart of Europe, making it the perfect holiday destination for everyone, no matter what the season: here, you’ll find plenty of art, culture and fun the whole year round!

    Each week, WeSpeak recommends a variety of optional extra activities for you to enjoy in your spare time. Every Monday, one of our staff members takes new students on a guided tour of the city, showing them the main sites of interest and services available. On other weekdays, we offer cultural events and activities and excursions to explore the local area and local cuisine: the perfect opportunity to practise your Italian and interact with the locals. So, don’t forget to check our noticeboard and discover the exciting experiences that await you! Our staff will be happy to provide you with all the information you need and will help you sign up to the events that you’re most interested in: there’s something for everyone!

You must ensure that all details on your confirmation documents (including the visa letter or the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) issued by the WeSpeak School of Italian are correct before you apply for your visa.
