About That’s Mandarin Chinese Language School

That's Mandarin is one of the oldest Chinese language and technology schools in China. With a unique approach to language learning and our own in-house teaching methodologies; we aim to be not only the most experienced, but also one of the best Mandarin schools in China!

We focus on providing the smoothest service and the best teaching experience to all our students; no matter whether they are studying Chinese online with our innovative Nihao Cafe online language learning system or at one of our Chinese language schools in China.

Founded in Beijing in 2005, That's Mandarin has been growing strong ever since. We now have schools in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen with plans to open more locations in more cities soon.

Facilities

    For campuses:

    Shanghai - We have two campuses in Shanghai, one on Yuyuan Road, the other on Jiaozhou Road, both within a 5-min walk from each other and just a few steps from the Metro.
    Beijing - Our Beijing school is just 10 minutes from Dongzhimen metro station in the center of the city's most vibrant expat areas.
    Shenzhen - Shenzhen campus is located in the downtown city area of Shekou, close to public transportations, restaurants and shops. You will be right where all the actions are.

    LEISURE

    Students learning with That's Mandarin can not only learn Mandarin during classes, but can also experience Chinese culture and local Chinese life with us.

    Cultural activities are arranged every month, for example: making dumplings from scratch, painting Peking facial masks, etc. Also there are weekend trips organized to the towns nearby Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen from time to time, especailly those ancient countryside and watertowns. Besides, themed parties to celebrate Chinese/Western festivals are planned out to fultill students' school life where they can make new friends and explore the culture from all over the world.
    Visa Information
    That's Mandarin can offer two kinds of visa application materials depending on the course student choose:

    Tourist Visa - invitation letter (1-2 months' stay in China, single entry)
    X2 Students visa (3-6 months' stay in China, single entry)
