Where is Milan?
Milan is situated in Northern Italy and is the capital of the province of Milan in the Lombardy Region. It is the second largest city in the country, after Rome, with about 1.3 million people living in the city itself, but as many as 7.4 million in the whole Milan metro area.

While Milan doesn’t have many of the famous sites that cities such as Rome are famous for, there is still plenty to see and do here.
