WHO ARE OUR STUDENTS?

School life

Bell Bedgebury International School not only provides intensive academic and English language tuition for international students, but it also gives students an authentic UK boarding school experience; students will wear a uniform, follow a busy timetable and take part in a hectic social calendar of sport activities and study tours around the UK.

An international community

Our students come to us from many different parts of the world and this diverse mix of nationalities ensures that all students are required to use their English skills to communicate.

On our term-time programmes in 2008/09 we welcomed students from 17 countries. On our intensive summer programmes we attracted students from 28 countries.

The school offers numerous places for students to study in a range of different environments. All students can also take advantage of our well-equipped Resource Centre, containing thousands of books and multi-media materials (e.g. DVDs, CD-Roms) as well as a sophisticated language laboratory and email and internet access. Our full time Resource Manager and their team are also on hand to help students with any queries they might have.

Alternatively, students can find peace and quiet in either the formal library or the old chapel, both situated within the main house and offering a quiet space to study and reflect.
