Academia AIFP is a very friendly and personal Spanish language school in the historic centre of Málaga. The Academia AIFP is surrounded by all major attractions like the cathedral, the Alcazaba fortress, the Gibralfaro castle, the Cervantes theatre. The beach is also nearby, in a 10 minutes walking distance.

Since 1996 we give teaching classes in Spanish. It is a part of the ancient "Palacio de Villalcazar", constructed in 1849 and completely renovated and we have installed wireless rapid internet connection, multimedia room with DVD.

The building has one big courtyard with palm vegetation, in which we celebrate welcome-parties and a smaller one, just for resting. A fully equipped kitchen is at our disposal for common cooking classes. As well we offer cultural events like visiting the Picasso museum, museum of modern arts. Sporty activities are Soccer, Beach volley, etc.

Academia AIFP is located in the historical city centre of Malaga, very close to the cathedral and 10 minutes on foot to the beach. AIFP is an accredited centre by the Cervantes Institute and offers a high diversity of courses with native and very qualified teachers. At AIFP the students can participate at some activities too. So, the students have the opportunity to learn more about the Spanish culture. AIFP is the perfect place to learn Spanish.

AIFP is formed by a very qualified team of Spanish teachers. For AIFP’s teachers it’s very important that the students are able to communicate in Spanish, so the conversation is an essential part of the lessons. All teachers are natives and they work everyday with the purpose to transmit the Spanish language and culture to students from all over the world in a city that has so much to offer like Malaga.


The Academia AIFP is attractive for many people. We are open-minded to all kind of people. The mayority are representing students between the age of 16-26 years. Both, man and woman appreciate our courses. People are coming from all other the world. We have also older clients up to 60 years.

    In addition to the language courses, the school offers extra cultural classes every week together with Spanish students, sevillana classes during the summer, welcome parties or tapa tours every month and other types of excursions. A place where you will learn Spanish language in a unique atmosphere. The prices are "fair" and the price-quality ratio is excellent.

    The procedure of obtaining a visa for studies in Spain:

    — The visa process (from the moment you present all the necessary documents at the Spanish embassy in your country) until issuing the visa can take between 3-4 months.

    — Course and accommodation fees have to be paid completely in advance by bank transference to our account (no cheques accepted), then we will confirm your payment.

    How to get there

    Our school is situated in the historical centre of Málaga, only 50m from the cathedral in one part of the former “Palacio de Villalcázar” and in walking distance from the beach.
    Arrival airport Málaga (AGP)
    a) Our a pick up service. Our driver pick up the student form the airport or train station and brings him directly to the apartment and hands over the keys.
    b) By taxi. The costs are 25€.
    C) By train. The train only 11 minutes to the centre.
    d) By bus. The bus needs 20 minutes to the centre.
