Since 1991 Moscow Linguistic Centre has been offering a high standard of Russian language courses to students from all over the world. We are accredited by Russian Ministry of Education, which is your guarantee of high standard and excellent quality.

Our teachers of Russian are carefully selected and friendly, helpful and ready to listen. Teachers are all university graduates, qualified in teaching Russian as a foreign language. They have many years of teaching experience both in Russia and abroad. All teachers of Russian speak foreign languages.

Quality inspected homestays. Contact with local people makes sure that you practice key communication skills outside the classroom.

MLC finds the right level of Russian courses. On the first day we establish your level of Russian and needs with written test and interview and place you in the best class for your level.

MLC Certificate. You receive a certificate on your last day stating the Russian course attended and the level attained, as proof of your Russian language competence. A report is available if required.

We know that everyone has different reasons for learning Russian. You may want to learn Russian for your job, for pleasure, or for your further university studies. School facilities description

Located in downtown Moscow our school has 6 bright, modern classrooms, fully furnished and equipped for language lessons, and in the hall there are coffee and snack machines for students' convenience.

Library. All textbooks "Russian Express" are published by Moscow Linguistic Center. There are support classroom materials written in English, German and French.

Internet and email access are free of charge for all our students.

Near the school you will find Tverskaya street - the main artery of the city with cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, department stores, hotels and clubs.

Certificates & exams preparation

The best Comminicative course of Russian "Russian Express". You can by on-line and received by post within 10 days

MLC Certificate. You receive a certificate on your last day stating the course attended and the level attained, as proof of your language competence. A report is available if required.

We do TRKI (Test of Russian as a foreign language) preparation course on one-to-one basis or combined with Standard group course.

MLC teaching staff for TRKI preparation course is certified by the Examination board.

Rating of nationalities. 21 % of students from Sweden, 20% from Germany, 10% from the UK, 10% from the USA, 5% from Japan, 5% from Spain, other are from Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Finland, Israel, Austria, Hungary, France, Netherlands.

Rating of age. Under 20 - 20%. 30% of students are 20-30, most of our clients are 35-50 years old. About 10% of 50+ people.

Average number per class is 4 students.
