Hello,
I am a french student in a two year International Trade Course. I come from France, from the Lycee Ampere.
I chose Malta because it is cheaper here than in London. My friends recommended Malta.
I discovered that Malta is the country where I can improve my english knowledge. Most of the people speak Maltese and English too. This allows me to develop my vocabulary of everyday language and also technical terms. It`s enriching experience.
I think that at the end of my stay I will be more comfortable to speak english thanks to the opportunity to practice english everyday.

I am a Leonardo Student from Germany.
My internship in Malta started with an english language course at Future Focus. During the english lessons I had been learning how to use the proper grammar and the correct tenses. During the first week I had an interview with the supervisor from my work placement, at the national Library. It took only 3 minutes and in my opinion it was too short. I was expecting a little guiding tour through the Library. Ms. Camilleri spoke to me about my working conditions. I asked some questions and she answered. After the 4 weeks in Malta I will have improved my english knowledge, because I have the opportunity to talk a lot of english.

I am a LEONARDO-student from Germany. When I arrived in Malta I had confused expectations about the language course at Future Focus. I couldn't imagine how a course without german speaking teachers would work out. Now I'm sure it does.
The course is a mixture of basic grammar, reading and conversation.
Step by step I was losing my fear and noticed that I understood the language. That's why I now feel prepared to start my working placement at the National Archive in Malta.
During my interview I could communicate with Mr. Charles Farrugia and become more confident about my language skills. The interview went well and I felt warmly welcomed.
By the time I leave Malta I'll have seen most of the historical sights of the country and improved my language skills by communicating with my workmates.
Ausserdem sollte jeder den Herbst in Malta verbringen!!!!

My first week of english course with Future Focus was nice. It was my first time with so many people of different countries, such as, italian peolpe, dutch and portuguese as well, thats why in some moments in the first couple of days was so special. I had a lot a fun in the class room because of the interation between the teachers with students and also between us (students), trying know each other better, while we were learning english. We laughted toghether about a lot a things.
The english i've learned here its a little bit diferent that i was used to in my home country. But its good to know diferent points of view and diferent kinds of being tought to reagen more knowlegde. Their are good teachers here and i like them both, it's really an advantage to learn from there teaching.
It as been a lifetime experience for me since that is my first time away from my country. Its something to remember, thats for sure. Thanks to this programme i hope to be sucessefull in my life.
Thank you all for this opurtunity.

Hi,
My first week learning English language went well. The teatchers are very good and the classes are very funny too.
Although the level of English is quite mixet between the students.
The course aloow us to improve the language, to share diferent ideas and to know people from different countries such as Italy and the Netherlands. In the classes we can learn more about their own culture. It has been a good experience.

In my point of view I think the classes room are good. Where we all talk the comum language.
For example the Dutch girl speaks another language that for me is impossible to understand.
This will became a good experience, knowing more about the Maltese culture, to improve my pronunciations and know more about other countries, by living and communication with other people.
Where I like there are two other students from different countries, the language we use is English. It’s easier to communication in English.
I am enjoy a lot very much, that I do again.
