Language School description
Established in 1982,
EC Brighton English language school is situated just off Brighton’s iconic seafront promenade, only a 10 minute walk from the Pier, Royal Pavilion, the Lanes and the restaurants, bars and clubs that Brighton is famous for. The beautiful school buildings date from the Georgian era, but have been modernised to meet the needs of today's English language learners. Our English has a great nationality mix and a capacity of 300 students. The minimum age at EC Brighton is 18 (16 in low season).

Exam courses at EC Brighton are:- Cambridge ESOL - FCE, CAE, CPE
- TOEFL - 4 weeks of 30 lessons per week

EC Brighton offers an Academic Year Programme (24 weeks+) of 20 or 30 lessons per week.

We pride ourselves on our nationality mix at
EC Brighton. We ensure that there are not too many of one nationality in our school at any given time. Be prepared to meet other English learners from all over the world! Our nationality mix is made up of English students from 81 different countries.
Activities
We offer a number of social activities to help you make the most of your time in Brighton. From optional activities such as Salsa dancing, to trips to Lodon, there's l always some fun activity happening. Our dedicated social leaders are on hand to make sure events run safely and smoothly. Acivities are a great way to unwind, learn about the local culture, mix with other English students and practise your English.

i have been at ec school last year and it was the most incredible experience i have ever had!!! i learnt a lot, obviously english but i met fantastic people, the staff in the school, they were so kind and helpful!! in the school there was a lot of students from different parts, and i had with them really good moments, in class and going out with them!! if you never try this, do it!!!!

I always thought that learn English take a lot of time and is so boring, my last schools was like this, but here I have fun and I was be able to improve my English so much in only 6 weeks with a very funny teachers and a very interesting method of teaching.Than you! I hope come back!!

my experience here has been good in general, but i had more expectation about the school. i dislike the banks becouse some students had to work and it didn't help, and also sometimes the treatament of academic staff was unfriendly.
